NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE

Let your product shine.

Display your newest product in front of highly-engaged industry professionals in the AAO’s inaugural New Product Showcase. Maximize the visibility of your product and drive traffic to your booth by utilizing these cases for display during all exhibit hall hours.

  • Cost: $300 per entry. Limit of 5 entries per company.
  • Outlet: Shelves measure 26” wide x 20” deep x 20” tall within these multi-level cases which are glass-enclosed, lockable, counter-height display cases for easy viewing from all angles.
  • Full creative display design and assembly inside the display cases onsite is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
  • Criteria: Open to registered 2020 Annual Session exhibitors.

START-UP PODS

Your very own pop-up shop.

Now startup companies have the opportunity to showcase their innovative new ideas inside Exhibit Hall without the expense and burden of a full-sized booth. Take advantage of the bustling activity and heavy foot traffic of this active new area.

  • Cost: $2,750 for 4 days inside The Exchange.
  • Outlet: Exhibit pod. Includes 42” wide counter, 1-2 stools, cabinet, electric outlet, trashcan, backdrop wall displaying logo and/or product name.
  • Max 2 people manning each Pod.
  • Limited to 10 pods.
  • Criteria: Must be a new AAO exhibitor of 3 years or less.

FREDTALKS

Expand your reach beyond your booth.

This immersive audience experience will include informative and cutting edge presentations as well as collaborative sharing stations. FREDTalks are an open audience experience where exhibitors can speak and engage with a large number of attendees during our dedicated exhibit hall hours.

  • Cost: $750 per 15-minute increment (only available during dedicated exhibit hall hours when no AAO lectures are taking place).
  • Outlet: Elevated stage with lectern and microphone permanently set up with seating for up to 50 seated spectators.
  • Includes lectern, microphone and an optional video display screen with accomodations for sound.
  • Criteria: Open to registered 2020 Annual Session exhibitors.

THE LINEUP

Let’s talk about 3D printing.

AAO attendees have asked for an easier way to compare products side-by-side, and this year we are starting with 3D printing. Take advantage of this opportunity to have your 3D printer or software represented in front of an audience of interested buyers.  

Multiple companies will present quick presentations for a back-to-back comparison of available products and services. Attendees are sure to take interest in this one-of-a-kind comparison between orthodontic 3D printing and software companies in an engaging and impactful fast-paced style. Consumers can quickly determine which products and services best fit their individual practice needs.

 

  • Cost: $750 per 10-minute segment (only available during dedicated exhibit hall hours when no AAO lectures are taking place).
  • Outlet: Stage time for your 10-minute pitch Saturday, May 2, between 9:30am-11am (in succession with other demonstrating companies). Includes podium, table, microphone and AV resources.
  • 8 segments available.
  • Criteria: Open to registered 2020 Annual Session exhibitors. Call for representatives specializing in 3D printing and software. 

ORTHO TANK

Take your product to the next level.

Have you developed a product or idea that could revolutionize orthodontic treatment or practice management? Take it to the next level with the AAO’s Ortho Tank. Enter AAO’s OrthoInnovator contest to be considered for Ortho Tank.

  • Cost: OrthoInnovator entry fee, no additional cost if selected for Ortho Tank.
  • Outlet: If selected, stage time for your 10-minute elevator pitch Sunday, May 3 from 3pm-4:30pm. Includes podium, microphone and video display screen.
  • Criteria: Open to Annual Session 2020 OrthoInnovator Award entrants. Upon completion of OrthoInnovator Award application, AAO’s Business Development team with directly reach out to individual’s chosen to participate.
